The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Please note, all items are handmade by me. During peak seasons there can be a 5-6 week wait for items to be made and dispatched. Timescales are available within each listing. Should you require an item by a specific date, please contact me prior to ordering.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Orders over the value of £20 will be sent Signed For.

Orders shipped to the rest of the world will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard. Delivery takes between 5 and 20 working days depending on your location. Please note, tracking is not available on standard international postage, therefore should you require this service please select the upgraded option.

Proof of Postage is retained for every order dispatched.

Please be aware that postal charges will not cover any tax or import charges applicable within your country.

Should an item fail to arrive within 20 working days of the dispatch date, please contact me to aid you in locating your item/s or arrange a replacement. Unfortunately Royal Mail will not deem an item lost until this amount of time has passed.
