UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard. Orders over the value of £20 will require a signature. Generally goods arrive within 3-5 working days.
Orders shipped to the rest of the world will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard. Delivery takes between 5 and 20 working days depending on your location. Please note, tracking is not available on standard international postage, therefore should you require this service please get in touch to arrange a suitable postal upgrade.
Proof of Postage is retained for every order dispatched.
Please be aware that postal charges will not cover any tax or import charges applicable within your country.
Should an item fail to arrive within 25 working days (10 for UK customers) of the dispatch date, please contact me to aid you in locating your item/s or arrange a replacement. Unfortunately Royal Mail will not deem an item lost until this amount of time has passed.
If an item is returned to me due to an incorrect address being supplied or failure to collect from your sorting office (for example) the item/s can be reposted at a cost to the buyer.
I take great care to ensure that each of my items is honestly and accurately described and photographed. Each item is individually handmade by me, making every piece perfectly imperfect, which adds to the charm of buying handmade.
If for any reason, you are not happy with your Homespun Heath purchase, please contact me to talk through any issues. I take pride in delivering the best customer service I possibly can.
You have 14 days from receiving your order, to change your mind (providing the items are not personalised). Should you wish to cancel your order after the dispatch of goods, the return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of the goods (in as new condition) a refund will be issued within 5 working days.
In the unfortunate circumstance that an item may arrive damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. We can work together to find a suitable resolution once photographic evidence has been obtained. Please ensure you retain the packaging should this occur as this will allow me to address any issues with the postal service used.
Payment is accepted by PayPal, credit or debit card.

If you change your mind, I am happy to cancel and refund your order providing I haven't made and/or shipped your item. If I have already posted your item please refer to "RETURNS POLICY" for instructions.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.

service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Where you have not previously bought from Homespun Heath but have registered your details with me (for example by entering a competition or signing up for the newsletter), I will only send you marketing communications if you opted into receiving marketing at the time and so given me your express consent (which you may withdraw at any time – please contact me to do so).
